how can i track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number included.

can i return things?

Azazi was created on the principle of ease and that goes for returns as well! You will have 14 days to return any unopened and unused individual items at your expense. The items will be issued as a store credit and can be used anytime within 6 months. Switch2Pure does not accept returns on kits or subscription items, but we are happy to replace any damaged or defective items! If a product arrives damaged or defective, please send us a picture of the damaged items and we will arrange your replacement right away.

do you charge sales tax?

We collect sales taxes on orders shipping to the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.

do you offer prescription items?
